  1. Hi,
When I upload videos to convert to iTunes it tells me I need to install iTunes (under save as)but if I still download to "iPad 2 or above". iTunes is installed by way. Lol
It shows me it goes to the right directory. Ie: iTunes/media but never appears in iTunes.
    Please help. Lol

Upload to what? Upload with what? Convert with what? What are you talking about?

  3. Hi, sorry been on holiday.
I'm using "Xilisoft video converter ultimate" version 7.8.7
When I'm converting a movie on this to iPad 2 and above.
It shows the video once converted going to the right directory. (Itunes\itunes media\movies)
The video then appears in the directory but doesn't appear when you open iTunes.
There is a drop down box in Xilisoft for output, and gives you the option of output to "iTunes"
But when I select that it asks to please install iTunes first. Obviously it is installed and running in background.
    Thanks for your patients. Hech54

I just use HandBrake. It's free, better, and once upon a time HandBrake was a "Mac Only" product so it gets it right every time. My wife uses iTunes to get them into her iPhone after Handbrake.

I went a completely different route since I HATE iTunes. I use HandBrake then an app called AirDisk Pro.
