    The dvd tray won't open when open button is pushed. How do I get it open? there is no pin hole like on computer dvd drives.

    try unplugging the unit and leave unplugged for awhile.

    Most likely the drive belt is worn and needs to be replaced,if you can take the player apart and get the belt out you can replace it.
