I just removed the crappy Left Channel and did a clip restoration on the right channel and then re-encoded (as mono). Used Adobe Audition.

Was there something ELSE about the file that you wanted changed? Yes, it has echo & is fairly compressed, but that seems appropriate for the style of music and the fact that it's a live recording.
