How would I sync English & Hindi audios ?

Hello VH ,

I have a cam Hindi audio of TMNT 2014 and Original BRRip English Audio .......
I made both the audios of 23.976FPS .... But still Hindi audio's length is 4 mins shorter than English audio
And THIS CASE IS ABOUT SYNCING , NOT DELAYING AUDIO !

Can anyone suggest me a way to sync Hindi audio with the BRRip Video !
