I'm using Handbrake to rip all my DVDs and Blu Rays and have not had much trouble - with the exception of the following films:

    The Town
    The Wizard of Oz
    Persuasion (BBC)
    Marvel's The Avengers
    Marvel's Captain America
    Disney's Beauty and the Beast
    Disney's Cinderella

Using the latest AnyDVD update. I've tried using MakeMKV, Handbrake, DVDFab9, and even the new CloneBD from Slysoft.

What happens is that these films get about 12-13 minutes' worth of data, and then they just stop. Actually, for Wizard of Oz, it just doesn't recognize it as a BD. Does anyone have any insight as to what might be going on? Maybe a setting on AnyDVD?

    Thanks

Set AnyDVDHD to default settings and try again. You might have bad disks.

Your drive is either going bad or you've damaged the discs. There's no reason that any of those titles wouldn't rip with the latest AnyDVD HD update.

Rip with Anydvd to your HD. Then encode from your hard drive. Handbrake is not a ripper,it's an encoder.
