Rip a dvd and cut parts(frame) out of the movie while keeping subtitles

I want to rip a dvd movie and cut out parts of the movie while keeping subtitles. But is there a program where I can trim by frame and not by seconds while keeping subtitles? I thought that dvd shrink would do this but it does not let me do it by frame by frame. If anyone knows a program that would do this it will help. Thanks

Take snapshot won't cut the video....

I haven't seen anything that can cut by frame and keep dvd subs.

But I would try videoredo and see if it works with subs.

I tried the program out but it didn't keep the subs.
