My pups were caught being good, so I'm posting this "Proud Papa" photo. This is the side of Chihuahuas that nobody ever sees. The fat one in the back was sold to us as a "Chihuahua", but grew into something more of a cow shape. By this time we already accepted her into the family, hahaha.
Post your pet photos.

I have a friend in California that has one of those things.
He takes it everywhere he goes. He has a large coat pocket that that dog fits into and no one ever knows it's there. We had lunch in a restaurant and the waitress never saw it.

They really know how to get us humans to pamper them. I hardly take them out anymore, too much trouble. They're not socialized with other dogs, so you can imagine. Every dog they see is their mortal enemy. And they go ballistic in the car while I'm driving. I tried using a fly swatter to tone them down, but they just move out of range, and continue on in the back window. Hahaha.

I never had a dog, but I still like cute dog pictures. My sister's standard poodles have me won over. Great dogs, They make me wish I had one of my own, only better trained.

They will eat dogfood left outside. Probably why that one looks so healthy. Hahaha. Yeah, cats are night creatures too, perfect prey. Those coyotes are not aggressive towards humans, they're more like a mouse problem.

in my area they are much darker colored.

Around SoCal Deserts they look like this. Unfortunately, the shot is bad because I used a cheap camera. No time to crank up the DSLR.

Or a mix of some kind. That color doesn't look correct for pure coyote.

Hey Tree, that picture you posted of the coyote looks familiar. Did you purloin that from the National Park website?

No, I just Googled Coyote images and found the one nearest to the colors that are in my area.

They have a reddish tint around here, sort of like a German Shepard, but the big fluffy tail and the narrow snout gives them away. This one looks well fed. Their color varies by the time of the year and the temperatures, along with their diet. Not many small domestic animals wander around here at night, at least for long.
