    Hi guys- Happy New Year and many more!

    I've noticed that the last several updates of the current Ubuntu LTS have all contained security component enhancements.

    In the windows world, there are several outfits like Trend and Symantec that will analyze your computer from the outside, and report on its relative security.

    Is there something similar for linux? I am a little concerned because my machine is a dual-boot setup...

    I dual-boot Windows and Linux Mint. I have the Windows drives set up to not auto mount. I also have set up to need password to mount the drives.
    Got my retirement plans all set. Looks like I only have to work another 5 years after I die........
