Cannot watch a video. Help?

I was trying to watch the video at the bottom of this page. It is called - Great SNL skit with Robin Williams & Brad Hall
February 11th, 1984 "Living With a Mime"

EagleGet and Internet Download Manager are not working. I live in Canada. When I click on the video it says This video is not available in your location due to provider license restrictions. Feel free to check out one of these related videos: (there are 3 other non-related videos).

So is there a way to view and maybe download this video? I have checked youtube this has not come up in search.

Should I change my location within Windows? And specify USA or somewhere else? I am unsure if Americans can watch this.

If you can't load either of the above from canada, it might be restricted to the US.

I already downloaded that. That clip is the one at the top of the page.

blimey: It is the first link. I have found that code and tried a few times. Nothing except the restriction.

The second link says: This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.

I could try to change my location to America. I think I can in Google Chrome or Windows (somewhere in Control Panel) but I forgot how to do it, Does anyone know how?

Unless my ip address and info is what is setting it off. Gotta get a VPN.

You could use Hide ALL IP application. There are other Proxy apps and extensions.

The clip is a short (4:18) promo. Is it geo-restricted on these other platforms?

The youtube one was restricted.

The nbc one was a black screen with a woman's voice that said "This content is unavailable."

The third one was a mp4 and was a black screen with the message "This content is only available to the residents to the United States and its territories."

The fourth one worked. It's an mp4. Thank you blimey.

Does it prevent me from accessing web-sites? I have blocked tracking and advertising or shut cookies off and some sites refuse to deal with me until I allow them to track me.
