hi
I have 3d animated educational videos "*.mpg".
The video information of one of these videos is:
Complete name ..\media\05Describe_motion_e.mpg
Format : MPEG-PS
File size : 35.2 MiB
Duration : 4mn 31s
Overall bit rate : 1 090 Kbps
These videos are protected with some licence process and Network cable must be connected to play these videos. If these videos are copied anywhere else, they do not work. Can anyone help me how to run these videos on any computer without any licence etc. I can send the file for test if required.

How do you view them? Do they require a particular player?
Yes, you will have to upload one for us to examine it.
Who developed and distributed these videos? -
The videos are made by "http://www.designmate.com/" And the videos can be run in vlc and windows media player on the computers that have been authenticated by the company. The video is attached for examination.

Those do seem to be encrypted. If that is the case, your best bet might be:
PLAYER on download computer (authenticated) -> full screen playback -> video card out -> video cable -> video card in (2nd PC) -> recording app -> un-encrypted video file. (with ensuing quality loss)
But if you actually aren't ALLOWED to (transfer/store unencrypted to another device) by their rules, trying to bypass a "rented" clip, even if it is rented for free, is WAREZ and not allowed here, so we wouldn't be able to help any further.
