2.5Gb Divx, problem when skipping to parts of the movie.

I just did my first successul conversion from DVD to Divx, high quality, of Cats and Dogs. The end file was 2.47gb, which is fine by me. when i skip to any part of the film, it always shows the same scene but with the audio from the place i skipped to. The video plays at twice the speed, i guess this is to try and catch up with the audio or sumin, but it only cathes up near the end of the film!

No matter which part of the film i pick part this scene, it will always play the video from this scene, and the audio from the scene which i catually wanted.

Does any1 know a solution? I used DVD Decrypter 3 and DVDx 8.1a, using Divx 5.0 video codec.
