Drastic volume difference between two videos

Hi,

My recent video is very low compared to previous ones, even though I'm using the same talent, microphone, frequency, daw, leveling, etc.

Even when checking both waveforms side by side there's no visual difference.

Software used: Reaper and Sony Vegas.

Update: Just did a test with both tracks together in one clip and couldn't replicate the issue. They sounded perfectly fine this time.

I'm clueless.

Just looking at the graphs they're obviously both way too loud.

If you have overdriven waveforms like those, but exceedingly low volume, I would suspect a phase cancellation issue. Or else, you just had that particular audio track in your timeline editor slid down.
