Cannot play flv file

Hello,

I have this flv file ( attached ).
I cannot play it with anything.
VLC says :

" No suitable decoder module:
VLC does not support the audio or video format "undf". Unfortunately there is no way for you to fix this. "

Mediainfo doesn't give me any info except the file size.

Can you please help me? What is this 'undf' and how could I fix this file to be played correctly ?

The video header data is missing.

Do you have a working flv from same place with same properties? Then it might be possible to add the header data.
