How to convert mp4 video to avi in Avidemux without quality loss

Hello how are you all doing? How do I convert a mp4 video or mkv video to avi without losing quality in avidemux? I decided to ask you all before I start. I would appreciate the help Thanks!

Not all video codecs or audio codecs are compatible in AVI container

But you can try

video=> copy
audio=> copy
format=> AVI

Save and enter extension e.g. "myvideo.avi"
