New to Twitch, Streaming Hearthstone/LoL

Using Evolve streaming client, I have a i5-3570K @ 3.40 GHz 16 GB Ram. Was wondering if there was a better streaming client, also I want to buy a better processor. What should I go with? Any information would be greatly appreciated.
