How to get the track of sound effects and the music from Ac3 & DTS audio ?

Hi,

I'd like to know which program can help me to get the track of ( sound effects and the music ) from Ac3 & DTS audio from MKV video ?

For example : I've an episode of Anime and I'd like to extract the SFX and music from this episode without the voice of the dubber.

Note : I've a PC not a MAC

You can use gMKVExtractGUI / MKVExtractGUI to extract the audio track(s) from the MKV. In case both music and dubber is on the same track you could use Audacity (with the FFMpeg plugin) to see if they are on separate channels and select the one(s) you want. In the case they are on the same channel(s) not possible.
