Forced Subtitles From iTunes Film

Hello, I've recently purchased a film from iTunes and have converted it into an mp4 file. The conversion was successful however it is missing the forced subtitles. I have absolutely no idea how to extract them from the mp4 file or how to convert with them. Any ideas guys?

I use CC Extractor on my Itunes movies. Its free. It works perfectly. BUT do remember to tick the MP4 box in the "input options" box.
