  1. I'm trying to stream live sports but the video is always choppy. It sort of hesitates for a second, I don't think it's buffering because I don't see a buffering icon. I've got a 50 mb internet connection speed so I don't think that's the problem. Does my video card need more memory? Or is there a way to buffer live streams so that you can pause for awhile and let the video download to memory? I saw something called Ustream, maybe something like that would work?

    I'm running Windows 7, I'm not at my home pc so I don't know what kind of hardware I've got.

  2. Try turning off hardware acceleration in the flash player.
