change audio track format

Hi

I have a movie with AAC channel Audio... I want to convert the video without change video format, just change audio to MP3 with joint stereo type. what is the fastest and shortest way?

Avidemux, open video, under video choose copy, under audio choose mp3, select format, save as a new mp4,avi,mkv.
