I have a DVD where the Audio is slightly ahead of the video, is there an LAMENS easy to use program to help me correct this.......

I know that I could Demux the audio, but after that i have no idea on how to "align" with the video track.....

Sounds like the lengths don't match. Post a detailed MediaInfo readout of the file...

  5. Hi efiste2,

If you must have a DVD Format then use this Guide

    https://forum.videohelp.com/threads/311331-How-to-fix-audio-out-of-sync-in-a-DVD-withou...y-reconverting

But if you would be happy with an AVI file ... and to me a lot less work ... then go with the following ... BTW, I haven't played with DVDs for a quite awhile ... but here what you can do

    1) Play your dvd in VLC and puhs J or K (one adds delay, one reduces delay) once you find the sweet spot, Record that number, it can be something like 500 or -500.

    2) Open AviDemux, load your dvd into it ... I believe you open it with .IFO. I have tried with .ISO and works just fine.

    3) Look at left hand side ... under Video Choose Copy, under Audio also Choose Copy BUT under Audio there is a box that says "SHIFT" ... input your earlier number that you found using VLC into there ... exactly ... 500 or -500, choose your Output format AVI ...

    4) Click on File and Save as your DVD name ... it will give you an AVI and Not a DVD

I have tried finding the sweetspot as such, and it differs, ie at the start its around 90ms but then increases near the middle to 200ms......so something is a drift.
