Voodoo 3 3000 Tv-out question??

Hey.
I hope this is the right forum...
When I use the tv-out of my voodoo there are boarders on the left and right of the screen. I know this is a common problem but I was talking to my m8 who said there is a software player that lets you adjust the screen to take away these boarders. But he couldnt remember what it was called. Does anyone know what program it was?

Also, is there a way to use the tv-out while still viewing it on the monitor?
Because my tv is in another room and it gets a bit tricky.

I have the voodoo 3 3500, and in the software where you change the display type there's a tool for setting how large you want the viewable screen (it's a slider).
I'm pretty sure there is no way to have a dual display with that graphics card.

For me that slder is faded out and doesnt let me adjust it that way.
