Program for editing videos with encrypted segments from videos from satelit

some of my video clips have encrypted segments and the programs I use Videoredo Womble video wizard, avidemux, hang when I suddenly stumble upon an encypted segment, most of the videos are decrypted but becasue of IKS freezes I get some encryption on the recorded files.

I would like to know what program does not freeze when it encounters an encrypted segment
