    I just ran across this; maybe I am naive, but this seems pretty radical to me. I have never heard of any manufacturer doing this about their product. If true, IMHO Tesla deserves a salute at attention.

    Well, I wish them luck but they are still loosing money. Their reason for giving away their trade secrets doesn't make good business sense.
