    Anyone else watch this car flipping show?Just discovered it on discovery channel,like it much better than the other car shows such as counting cars.

  2. Been watching it for a couple years. They have it on Velocity channel, Discovery and BBC America

    This is a favorite of mine. I have my dvr set to velocity to record it.

    I think the mechanic Edd does a great job of explaining all the steps he does. Very visual.

    Yeah I've had to google some british slang. I still can't tell when "larry" refers to something good or bad. Like a "larry" paint job. I don't know when it's good or bad.

    I guess it's their version of our "bad" referring to something cool or good like "dope" is good too. Not sure on that.

    And once or twice I"ve broken out a conversion calculator for the metric system to figure out what the heck they are talking about. Yes I know us "backwards" Americans..... (though I guess that doesn't include you Johns0 huh?) But anyway...

    It's still a fun show.

    They usually use miles instead of kilometers when talking about car speed and distances and being Canadian i still use the old standard measuring instead of metrics.
