Is it correct that the Power-On Hours (POH) attribute in the hard drive's SMART is not affected by changes in the system clock?
For example, if I increase the system time in Windows by 5 hours, the Power-On Hours counter in the SMART will stay the same and will not increase by the 5 hour clock change?

Best way to find out is to try out what you are asking. I think, therefore i am a hamster.

It tracks the amount of time the drive is on. The clock has nothing to do with it. Google is your Friend
