Save-on-foods app not available to canada residents

Anyone here in canada that tried to install the saf app on their android have the message "This app is incompatible with all of your devices".
I sent an email to the developer and they say it works in my area of canada,i sent them a reply with a pic showing the error message and they replied that it works in my area.
