Baldrick and vcd help uses

I hope you can help me. I have DvD it 2.5 PE. When i produce file the size
increase alot like from 2.11gb to 2.5gb. I am not using PCM audio but dolby digial
and the file size should not go up more than 4mb per minute as it is dolby digital.

So what can I do so the sile size does not increse so much, iss there another dvd program
that does increase the file size so much, or is there any teaks i can do please help me
