    Hi,

    I recently filmed a concert and when I convert a file from a DVD to AVI or MP4, the video always comes out pixelated whenever someone moves. Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong? I've used Handbrake, TMPGenc, and DVDFab to rip and all came out pixelated.

    Encode interlaced? Deinterlace? Use more bitrate?

    It looks like it's Deinterlace cause of the weaving. I just noticed there's a deinterlace filter

    So you were actually having trouble "converting" and not "ripping" from a dvd
