hi, i'm new to all of this, but i really love to learn and understand things, so please HELP
i downloaded a movie - and i want to see this movie translated, so i looked for the subtitle and downloaded it.
i just want to how can i watch the movie with the subtitle?
1- i have GOM player, right click and the chose subtitle>subtitle explorer and chose the downloaded file and it worked!
how ever i want the subtitle to be available in the menu, i mean not to go to subtitle explorer to choose it !.
2- windows media player didn't show any option to subtitles (right click the option subtitle is written in light grey) ! i want to ask why one player could see it and the other doesn't?
3- i read a little about subtitles and that you should put it all in on folder and to name the same name of the movie file ! if i want to download 2 subtitles (arabic and english) how i can i name both files the same and in the folder ? and how i can switch between the two !?
your help and guidance are appreciated.
regards.

1. You must probably mux the subs in a video container like a mkv with mkvtoolnix.
2. You must install a subtitle filter like vsfilter first. And then name sub and video same.
