I'd like to change audio from a PAL video so that it can be synced to the same video except that it is in NTSC format. I tried changing the Tempo in Audacity but when I went to export it it was very time consuming.

I am currently braving BeSweet but is there a guide or easier way please? Thank you.

If it's too time consuming then you need a better computer or be more patient,on my system it takes about 7 minutes to export a 2 hour pal-ntsc.
    I think,therefore i am a hamster.

Hmmm well it was saying 40 mins for me. I have a Intel Core i7 IvyBridge. BeSweet was rubbish so I tried TFM and it worked a treat (and only took about 30 seconds).

  4. MeGUI's audio encoder has speed-up/slow-down options (under the Sample Rate drop down box in the audio encoder configuration).
