PVR Gaming Edition 2

hi, i was wondering if anyone would be able to help me out i got a pvr 2 today and ive installed the software on to my windows 7 laptop, i cant get the little pox working, my hdmi cables are working perfect when not connected to the pvr but as soon as i plug them in nothing will come up on my laptop screen on the software or my tv, if anyone is able to help it would be much appreciated as there if nothing on the hauppauge website.

im using xbox 360 and i bought pvr 2 to record my gameplay to upload and stream content but its just not working on my laptop for some reason, all he software is installed, the hdmi cables are bran new, i just cant understand why it wont work, ive changed my display settings on the xbox aswel still no joy

Uninstall the PVR 2 once andreinstall it, if it still not working. The only thing I find is to unplg andreplug everything and then try it.

I don't record games but my HDPVR 2 required Arcsoft Showbiz to be installed. I got a copy directly from their help department. Once installed, I've had no problems capturing video other than the program locks up once stop is pressed. Closing the program and starting it again fixes the problem. The captured file is just fine though...
