I'm trying to put all of the VCDs I have onto DVD discs. I can fit a complete season of one show on four discs this way, so it really saves me space on the shelf instead of having 22 CDs...
but...
I'm using TMPGEnc (with SSRC) to convert the audio from 44khz to 48 khz (without demultiplexing), and when it finishes the project, I get audio that happens more than a second after the video. Is there an easy-to-use tool that can re-sync audio and video? Or is there an easy way to do it in TMPGEnc? Any info would be apprecaited. Thanks!
