Problem with MKV file after embedding subtitles

So, I keep getting this problem in my mkv files with embedded subtitles with MKVMERGE. It happens sometimes and other times it doesn't. But I don't know why, because I'm always getting "everything went fine" after the process is finished. The video freezes and skip a few seconds while playing in my Sony BDP-S480. Very annoying. So, what's the problem here? The mkv file, srt file, mkvmerge? Check it out:
