Should i change my dansai 852 to an Pioneer DV-444??

I can do it for about 100Dollars.. is it worth it?

I dunno the dansai , but the 444 is able to play (X)VCD, (X)SVCD (max. 2497 bitrate), DVDs (*g*), any kind of CDR(W)s but only the first session, no matter pal or ntsc , and the design is awesome. also the european version use RGB Output and don't use progressive scan.
