Did anyone see an mkv file with subtiles that could not be detected by mediainfo 0.7.64?
Nor could they be extracted by MKVExtract or MKVCleaver.
Subs are probably hard coded in the video part.
I'm trying to convert to a DVD to see if they're seen in DVD format.
and then maybe subs could be extracted by DVDsubExtractor.
Any advice will be appreciated. reports will follow weather I succeed or fail.
    Thanks

  2. If MediaInfo isn't seeing a subtitle stream then it's probably a safe bet they're hardcoded into the video.

yep! converting to dvd with ConvertX 4 ended with a DVD with subs.
It never did it before unless subs were extracted.
This proves that subs are hard coded.
    thanks
