Converting To DVD Audio Problem

Hi im using Convert X To DVD to convert an AVI file i have to DVD. The problem im having is the last 20 or so mins of the converted file is missing audio. I have converted twice with the same problem. The source is fine and the audio also plays on the preview window in convert x to dvd itself. Ive converted before and never had a problem any help will be great thanks

I guess you have tried play the avi to double check so it actual contains audio the last 20 minutes?

But it's probably easiest to try convert to dvd with something else like the very good and free avstodvd.

just saying the source is fine doesn't make it so. all i takes is one bad frame you never noticed and the audio can quit during conversion. i'd try avstodvd like baldrick says, and if that can't fix it then demux the avi and convert the audio and video separately.

Or convert the audio separately and add it back into the finished DVD, replacing the truncated one.
