how do i get a vts to a dvd

I've got my dads dvd that he made on a cinifilm back in the 70's and i've gone to make him a copy for my uncle but it's come up as video TS i've tried to burn it to a disc as a dvd but it wont do it so i was just wanting to know what is the best way to get it from a vts so i can copy the dvd for my dad???

If you have a VIDEO_TS folder, burn the VIDEO_TS folder with ImgBurn to a new, blank DVD.

get the free program imgburn. use imgburn to make an image of the dvd and then burn the image to dvd. or copy the video_ts folder to your hard drive. open imgburn in build mode. drag the video_ts folder into imgburn and burn dvd.
