changing fps in megui

Trying to change fps of the x264 while muxing the video to mp4/mkv. The video is in 23.976 fps. I'm trying to figure out the right fps so that the video would sync with audio.

However, the fps changer in mequi muxer (both mymp4 and mkvmerge) is inconsistent with my choice of fps. Most of the time when I choose any fps from 24 to 24,20 it stays with 24. Sometimes when I choose 24,19 the output is 24,11 or whatsover other times it still stays 24fps.

How do I fix this?

1. report a bug to the megui bug tracker
2. use in example mmg or 'My MP4Box GUI' to multiplex manually (or use mp4box and mkvmerge via command line directly)
