how can i convert video to x264 video by a command?

Hello.
i want a command that will convert an uncompressed video to compressed video with the x264vfw encoder without compressing the audio (not touching audio).

i want to use it in a script..

Why do you want to use x264vfw? Just use x264 via ffmpeg's command line with audio set to copy.
