Hello
I have a Internal LG Bluray SATA for which i need a 5.25" Enclosure that will take the Sata connection and Give me Firewire so that i can connect to my Notebook from 2007 which has a Firewire connection
The reason for Firewire is USB doesn't have a constant throughput, whereas FW's transfer rates are stable, which is a huge benefit when writing media
Does such a device exist ... I live in the UK
Bob

I believe they ship to the UK, but that would probably increase the cost a fair bit.
I found it with a internet search for ' 5.25 firewire enclosures ', so there may be others out there.
