Dear Sirs, I do not know why, but I suddenly found my Blu-ray player BDP-490 in service menu.
I browse the internet to search a way to do this (some key sequence for example) to figure out if this happen by accident (ex. my son pressing any key) but I could not find a way to enter nor to exit the service mode. I had to disconnect from power and reconnect it again.
Can someone tell me something about it?
