I have to interview someone who wear glasses.
The thing is when I ask him to sit up in front of a camera,
I could see a big reflector from lights on his glasses.
How can we remove this reflector? Is it something to be done during the post production
or I have to adjust the angle of the lights when I videotape him?
Any advice would be appreciated.

Adjust the angle of the lights until you get no reflection. You can do that before you video if your guest is not present. Just use a friend with glasses. Guess that's why we don't see too many news casters that wear glasses. In the studios they have so many lights that it is hard to remove reflections.

With just a few lights (and you can only move them SO high without the shot looking unusual), you can sometimes have the talent tip their glasses downward (bridge still on the nose, but earpieces sitting above the ears), so the reflections are mainly off-camera. However, if there are LOTS of lights, you cannot avoid some reflections.
Does the talent actually have to have their glasses on when talking? Are they reading something? If it's only a Q/A conversation with an interviewer, just ask them to take their glasses off during the course of the shoot.

edit: BTW, no it is not usually messed with in post. -
1. Ask the guest to remove their glasses.
2. Move the camera so you don't get a reflection.
3. Move the light to the sides, 45 degree angle works best.
