    i've an mpeg1 encoder/decoder card with a built-in tv tuner. the brand is 3demon (manufacturer is provideo.com.tw). the card captures tv programs in pal format at 352x288 resolution. however, when i play back the captured tv program at full-screen, the picture quality is bad (blur, not crisp, some pixelation). how can i improve the quality of the captured tv programs? thanks for your assistance.

    Try upping the bit-rate when you capture, if you want to make VCDs, simply convert with Tmpgenc...
