    I need an editing program that can cut a several GB MPEG file into several small files in one workflow, only saving the parts I prefer.
    Does such a program exist?

    Can't videoredo do that ? Test the trial.


    Maybe also mpg2cut2...but I have no idea how. You can choose file->save all clips or parts.

    I already have Videoredo, but if its capable of doing that i cannot figure it out. I will take a look at mpg2cut2.
