ffmpeg preprosessing.

i want to do preprocessing on live feed ,i want to remove any fly logo or any Paytv logo from live video and again want to stream on any other streaming server through ffmpeg,any one can help how can i get stream from capture card and the do preprocess through ffmpeg then do it live stream

HDMI Capture card -> ffmpeg preprocees(remove logo) -> flash media server

any one can do this job or help ready to pay.PM me.
