used? the computer maybe 400. you are going to have to spend another 400 to get a usable video card(gtx570/670) and a couple more hard drives if you wish to be able to edit easily. with all software including manuals and receipts for software it might be worth the price but i don't think your going to get any of that. looks like it's probably illegal warez copies that are worth nothing.

pretty much I'm just looking for high quality computer so I can edit HD files and convert multiple files at once with multiple programs open without the computer crashing or lagging. I have an HP 3gb ram 2.9ghz right now and when I'm editing HD files or have multiple programs open the computer lags the preview windows lag and it seems the computer cant handle it. the Problem with me is there are so many brands of computers that im getting confused in want to buy for video editing only .if you were going to buy a computer just for editing which one would you get with a price range of $800-$1500? I've been a member here since 2006 and i know you guys know what you're talking about when it comes to video editing and that's why I'm coming here to ask what computer you would buy.
