I want to make a DivX movie backup of my CTHD. I am trying to make a dubbed version, as well as a subbed version. When I use SmartRipper, it rips the Chinese voices without the subs. So how can I rip the subs as well? I also want to know how I can rip the dubbed version of this movie too!
Thanks!

errr...the vobs u ripped has everything u need for subs and all the audio streams..(unless u using the newest smartrippers that allow u to rip a pre-specified stream)
otherwise, in dvd2avi...you can select different tracks...one of those tracks is bound to contain the english version
as for subs, you need to rip the .ifo file along with the vobs...then u can use the vobsub/vdub method or the flaskmpeg/avisynth method to rip the subs -
I cant convert the .vob's now?!? MPG2AVI does some funky thing and it wont encode. All my other movies work fine, except for this one.
Help anyone?? -
Nevermind, it works now. Is there a way to rip the dubbed "movie" where the characters mouths move with the english words instead of placing the english audio over the subbed version?

What is this movies frame rate? I always thought it was 29.97, but when I encode, its only 90 mins (supposed to be 120). I look at its info file and by dividing total frames by total seconds, I get 25! Thats a PAL DVD, but it says NTSC on the front. Can someone help me out?
