    For those who don't know, Turkey practices internet censorship.

    My guess - Disney's site is only available to US viewers and Turkey is blocking the unblock-us site, so the OP can't get to Disney because he can't get to unblock-us. I work in the USA for a Fortune 500 company that does some internet blocking and we are also not allowed to get to unblock-us, so blocking that site would be fairly easy for Turkey to do. But this is just a guess.
