    It worked well but lately its only extracts the audio (Audio extracted with success) and after appears this message, one to one without stopping:

    ERROR! Try the other method of conversion

    suggestions?

    You could then try popcorn mkv audio converter.

    and did you do what the program told you to do? it has 2 methods of conversion, did you switch it to the other one?

    Yeah, I stopped using it because It failed too. Now I downloaded again and it worked.

    Sorry, I didn't know there was another conversion method. How I switch to the other method?
