Channel line-up XML for Europe

I am working on a student project to understand the variation of DTT transmissions across Europe.
This will be used to produce a more intelligent EPG that automatically adjusts to a users location.

I'm looking for live DTT channel triplets (NIT) across some major European territories DE FR ES AU CH NL IT

Is there anybody who can either send me a relatively new xml lineup of any these territories or suggest where I might look?

What do you need exactly ? A list of channels with the VPid, NID, frequency (etc..) or something else ?

I'm primarily interested in what is normally called triplet information.
This sort of thing where the locator is made up of ONID, transport_stream_id and service_id
